This notice applies to Shragi Brain Workspace, a private assistant workspace operated by Shragi for personal and business productivity. It is separate from the SLS Medical Supply website’s shopping privacy policy.
Information accessed
With the account owner’s permission, Brain accesses Google data needed for requested tasks. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include emails, attachments, labels, drafts, basic mailbox settings, and Google Drive files and metadata. Each account’s Google consent screen identifies the requested permissions.
How information is used
Information is used to carry out the owner’s requests, such as finding and summarizing emails, preparing correspondence, and working with documents. It is not used for advertising or sold.
Processing and storage
Information needed for a task may be processed by the AI assistant service the owner uses. Results may be retained in conversation history, workspace files, or generated documents, according to the relevant service settings.
Google authorization credentials are stored in a private workspace folder excluded from Git history. The workspace is located in a OneDrive folder, so its files may also be synchronized or backed up through OneDrive. Processing and storage are therefore not necessarily limited to the owner’s computer.
Control and deletion
The owner can revoke Google access through Google Account security settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete previously saved files, conversations, or backups. The owner manages deletion in the locations and services where those copies are stored. Saved task records and credentials remain until removed or replaced.
Google API data use
Shragi Brain Workspace’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
